🔄 Return and Exchange Policy for Fashion Buy

At Fashion Buy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns and exchanges.


 

1. Return Timeframe and Eligibility

 

We accept returns and exchanges on all regular-priced items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and Unused: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, packing slip, or order confirmation email is required.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

 

The following items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Gift cards.

  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    • Your Order Number.

    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

    • The reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, defective, change of mind).

  2. Receive Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item), we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Customer Choice: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, wrong size, or any reason not related to a product defect, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

5. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 6. Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color of the same product, please indicate this when you initiate the return process in step 3. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.
